Directions
Adults: Add 1 scoop (4.9g) to 100mL room temperature water once daily. Stir well and drink immediately. For calcium supplementation in children: Children 2 – 3 years: Add 1/2 scoop (2.5g) to 50mL of room temperature water once daily. Children 4 – 8 years: Add 3/4 scoop (3.7g) to 100mL of room temperature water once daily. Children 8 – 12 years: Add 1 scoop (4.9g) to 100mL of room temperature water once daily. Or as directed by a healthcare professional. Stir well and drink immediately.
