Ingredients: Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), L-Glutamine, BCAA 2:1:1, Citric Acid, Natural Flavours, Potassium Citrate, Silicon Dioxide, Sucralose, Sodium Chloride, Beet Powder (colour), Grape Skin Extract (colour), Acesulfame Potassium.
Suggested use: Mix half a scoop (6.5g) into 240 to 300ml of cold water. Allow a few minutes to dissolve. Best before, after or between workouts.
