Product Description
At Seeking Health, we believe there is a fundamental step missing, almost 100% of the time, in today’s healthcare system. A consistent focus on treating symptoms, rather than building health, can mean that you cycle in and out of symptoms and “treatment” over and over, sometimes for years.
Our approach is to support and optimize your digestion, reduce environmental exposure and toxic burden and diet optimization so nutrients can flood in and allow our body to do what it does best - Heal.

Why Does Multivitamin One work?
Multivitamin One is formulated by epigenetics expert Dr. Ben Lynch. The unique formulation is based on supporting multiple enzymes in crucial biochemical pathways.*
Multivitamin One promotes healthy methylation, genetic expression, and countless other health benefits. This pared-down formula contains methylated B vitamins (methylcobalamin and methylfolate) to support optimal methylation, those with MTHFR genetic mutations, and the SAMe biochemical pathway.*
How Do I Use Multivitamin One?
- Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast or lunch, or use as directed by your healthcare professional. Capsules may be opened and nutrients taken separately or by mixing with food or drink. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep. If nausea or an upset stomach is experienced, take with food and avoid taking on an empty stomach.

Why Does it Work?
How do I use it?
At Seeking Health, every ingredient is carefully sourced, researched, and tested. Each meets strict specifications for manufacturing standards before any ingredient is allowed for use. We only use the highest-quality ingredients.
Multivitamin One is free of GMOs, Gluten, Artificial Colors, Artificial Flavors, Artificial Preservatives, Dairy, Egg, Fish, Shellfish, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, and Soy.
It is estimated that over 50% of the population has a mutation in their MTHFR gene.
Your MTHFR gene converts and produces the active form of folate (5-MTHF) from whole foods. However, MTHFR gene variations or lifestyle stress can slow down the MTHFR enzyme. This can lead to folate deficiencies.*
You bypass the MTHFR gene by supplementing with the natural form of folate as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF). This supports methylation by allowing folate to flow into the methylation pathway via the MTR enzyme.*
In addition to bioavailable B12 and folate, this comprehensive multi-nutrient blend contains key nutrients necessary for a healthy nervous system, immunity support, healthy antioxidant defenses, and normal growth and development. PQQ and SOD provide additional antioxidant support for healthy aging and energy. Lutein is included to support healthy eyes and vision.*
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. This information is general in nature and not medical advice. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

How it works
Magnesium is an essential mineral that your body uses as a helper for more than 300 enzyme reactions. It is needed to make and use ATP, the molecule that carries energy in your cells, and it helps muscles relax after calcium has triggered them to contract. It also plays a part in nerve signalling and in building bone. Most magnesium is absorbed in the small intestine, and absorption falls as the dose rises, which is why smaller, split doses are often gentler. The form matters. Organic forms such as citrate, glycinate and malate are generally better absorbed and kinder on the gut than magnesium oxide, which is high in elemental magnesium but poorly absorbed and more likely to have a laxative effect. Glycinate is often chosen for its gentle action. The kidneys carefully regulate magnesium levels, and diets low in wholegrains, nuts, seeds and leafy greens can leave intakes short (NIH Office of Dietary Supplements).
What people use it for
- Helps maintain normal muscle function and relaxation
- May help support nervous system function
- Helps relieve muscle cramps and tension when dietary intake is inadequate
- Helps maintain normal energy production
- May help support healthy bone structure
- May help support a sense of calm and relaxation
Common questions
Which form of magnesium is best?
It depends on what you want it for. Glycinate and citrate are well absorbed and usually gentle on the stomach, while oxide is cheaper but absorbed poorly and more likely to loosen the bowels. If you have a sensitive gut, glycinate is a popular starting point.
When is the best time to take magnesium?
Many people take it in the evening because it suits a wind-down routine, but there is no strict rule. Taking it with food can reduce stomach upset. Split doses are often better tolerated than one large dose.
Safety
Too much magnesium can cause loose stools and diarrhoea. People with kidney problems should speak to a healthcare professional first, and magnesium can reduce the absorption of some medicines, including certain antibiotics and thyroid medication, so separate doses by a few hours. Always read the label and use as directed.
