It is traditionally used in cordials and tonics and can be prepared as a hot tea or cold beverage. It has a root beer-like flavor with hints of vanilla, wintergreen and licorice.SUGGESTED USE:
To prepare as a tea, add 1 tsp. of herb to 8 oz water in a pot.
Cover and simmer 15-30 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
