Natural Fish Oil Approximately equivalent to :
  • Omega-3 marine triglycerides 150 mg 500 mg
  • Eicoapentaenoic acid (EPA) 90 mg
  • Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 60 mg
  • Evening Primerose Oil Approximately equivalent to 500 mg
  • Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) 50 mg

Dosage
Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules once a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
